Welcome
Wallasey CC has one of the most active and successful junior sections on the Wirral, with over 150 juniors playing across six age group teams.
Whether your child is picking up a bat for the first time or is already a seasoned player, our junior programme offers expert coaching, competitive cricket and a fantastic environment to grow.
Age Groups & Training Times
Training takes place every Friday from April through to early September at KJM Oval, Rosclare Drive, Wallasey CH45 6UX.

What to bring: trainers or cricket shoes, comfortable clothing, water bottle. All cricket equipment provided.
The Pathway
Junior cricket at Wallasey CC is just the beginning. Our club has a proven track record of developing players from grassroots through to senior Premier League cricket.
In 2025, four of our juniors earned places in Liverpool Competition representative squads and Oliver Sutton was named the best Under-16 schoolboy cricketer in England.
Membership
Junior membership covers all training sessions and competitive matches throughout the season.
